Austrade Lecture

I was invited to deliver a guest lecture on "International Relations and Global Environmental Protection" for the AusTrade Japan Virtual Study in Australia campaign. We explored the intricate relationship between international relations and global environmental challenges to answer the question, “why is it so difficult for states to reach an effective international agreement to reduce global warming?”
